Cricket powder and whole roasted crickets, raised, processed, and packed on our own premises in Norwood, Ontario. Every shipment comes with the specification sheet and certificate of analysis a formulator needs.
Formats
Two ingredients, one process.
Both are made from Gryllodes sigillatus crickets that are inspected, rinsed, roasted, cooled, and packed here. The powder is ground; the whole roasted crickets are not.
Cricket powder
100% cricket, roasted and ground, no additives or preservatives. 113 g and 454 g packs; bulk formats for manufacturers.
Whole roasted crickets
Roasted whole on the same premises as the powder. Plain in 113 g packs; seasoned varieties in 75 g packs.
