- Safe Food for Canadians licence issued by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (licence 6J8XCRFB), held by Next Millennium Farms Inc., the legal entity behind the Entomo Farms brand.
- Programme
- The team follows all HACCP policies and procedures. The plant does not hold HACCP or BRCGS certification and does not claim to.
- Documentation
- Specification sheet and certificate of analysis with shipments; routine microbiological testing on every batch of food product we manufacture.
- Allergens
- A full allergen declaration grid accompanies the cricket powder specification; the label statement reads: Contains crickets. May cause reactions in people sensitive to shellfish and crustaceans. May contain soy.
- Lot codes
- Every cricket powder lot code identifies the product type, barn, and production week.
- Premises
- One food-grade building in Norwood, Ontario, producing since 2014.
