Services in scope
Flexible Processing: From Single Steps to Full Production Runs
Whether you need a single bottleneck relieved or a complete turnkey manufacturing run, every processing, blending, and packaging step happens under one roof, minimizing transport risks, lead times, and handling costs.
Intake and inspection
Raw product arrives, is checked, and is logged before anything else happens.
Washing, freezing, and dehydration
Automated washing equipment feeds the tunnel dehydrator; raw inputs are received chilled and frozen where the process calls for it, then dried to a shelf-stable moisture level.
Custom processing and blending
Grinding to the particle size the specification calls for, for flakes and powders, and blending to your formulation.
Retail-ready co-packing
Filled and sealed in the formats the order needs, from custom B2B bulk containers to retail-ready packaging, in the same building.
How projects run
From a description of the job to a shipped order.
No two projects use the same steps, but every one starts and ends the same way.
