Programme
The team follows all HACCP policies and procedures. The plant does not hold HACCP or BRCGS certification and does not claim to.
Documentation
Specification sheet and certificate of analysis with shipments; routine microbiological testing on every batch of food product we manufacture.
Allergens
A full allergen declaration grid accompanies the cricket powder specification; the label statement reads: Contains crickets. May cause reactions in people sensitive to shellfish and crustaceans. May contain soy.
Lot codes
Every cricket powder lot code identifies the product type, barn, and production week.
