Entomo Farms stopped by the Slow Food Festival that ran fro July 14-16 in Denver Colorado. Representing the incredible, edible insect, was Wendy Lu McGill from the Rocky Mountain Micro Ranch, and Robert Nathan Allen from Little Herds in Austin, Texas. There were lots of samples, tons of great products to purchase, and inspiring conversation!
