Cricket smoothie recipe

Cricket Smoothie Ingredients

2 leaves of kale

2 cups mixed greens

3 inches of fresh turmeric (root)

2 inches of fresh ginger (root)

1/3 cup chia

3-4 cracks of black pepper

1 orange

1 banana

4 Tbsp cricket powder 

1 capsule B complex

¼ cup organic effervescent kefir

20 billion probiotics

Fish oil



Blend together until your cricket smoothie reaches your desired consistency!
