This week edible insects, including Entomo Farms whole-roasted crickets, caused quite a buzz at a buyer’s event at LA & SF Specialty in California. Represented by entomophagist and entomophagy advocate, Aly Moore of Bugible, the edible insect table was a main feature at the event. ‘ We were the most poppin’ booth in the whole venue! We had lines and photos and videos just a bunch of general excitement around bugs.’ All the big names were there, and Entomo Farms is thrilled to be part of the action!
