Darren Goldin, Co-Founder and VP of Operations for Entomo Farms has been invited to speak at Ingenium, at the Canada Agriculture and Food Museum in Ottawa on February 15, 2018. The Food for Thought lecture looks at the concept and practice of entomophagy (the eating of insects) and how eating insects as part of our every day diet can positively affect our health as well as the future health of the planet.
