Thicky thick Cricket smoothie Ingredients:

  • 1 Banana
  • 1 cup Nut Milk
  • 2 Tbsp Peanut Butter
  • 1 scoop Plant Based Protein Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Cricket Powder
  • 1 chunk Ginger Root
  • Nutmeg and Cinnamon to taste
