Ingredients:
- 1 Banana
- 1 cup Nut Milk
- 2 Tbsp Peanut Butter
- 1 scoop Plant Based Protein Powder
- 1 Tbsp Cricket Powder
- 1 chunk Ginger Root
- Nutmeg and Cinnamon to taste
