MMMmmmm Kale. Am I right? Sometimes I am, and this is one of those times. And with a hit of Cricket Powder, this is powerful and simply delish!

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups almond or non-dairy milk
3 medium kale leaves with ribs removed
1/2 cup or a handful baby spinach
3 medium kale leaves with ribs removed
1/2 cup or a handful baby spinach
2 Tablespoons (14 g) of cricket powder (cricket flour)
3-4 whole dates, pitted
1 small frozen banana
1 small frozen banana
Directions:
In a blender, or other small appliance that will do the trick, blend ingredients on high until smooth and go baby go! Go green that is! ENJOY!
*Note: This recipe tastes just fine with more Cricket Powder for those who prefer a higher amount. Simply double up the protein. 4 tablespoons = 28 g protein. I do suggest starting with 2 first and take it from there.
