1 frozen banana
1 handful of spinach
1 Tbsp almond butter
2 cups almond milk
1 tsp match powder
1 tsp (5 grams) cricket powder
Put all the ingredients into a blender.
Blend to your desired consistency.
Taste as you go along and make any necessary adjustments.
