Kyra’s Strawberry Blueberry Banana Mango Cricket Powder Smoothie
Thanks to Kyra for this delicious recipe! A take on a typical traditional smoothie, this one has some cricket powder in it for a super protein and nutrient punch. Here is what she had to say about it!
For this experiment, I made 2 smoothies, identical in every way except that only one had cricket powder in it. The one without the cricket powder is what I normally drink after a workout.

- 1/2 cup 1% plain yogurt
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup fresh mango
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries and strawberries
- 1 scoop whey protein powder
- 1 tablespoon (10 g) cricket powder
Blend all the ingredients together in a blender until smooth.
