Cricket Peanut Butter Fudge
Thank you so much to @alison.penman.nutrition for allowing us to share this incredible recipe for Freezer Fudge made with the goodness of Cricket Powder. This recipe was adapted from a recipe for Peanut Butter Fudge by @lowcarbyum
Ingredients
1/3 cup butter or ghee (or coconut oil)
1/3 cup sunflower/peanut butter
1/3 cup coconut butter
2 Tablespoons cricket flour
sweetener of choice to taste (I used ground stevia)
Directions
This is the fun part! This fudge is so easy to make.
just warm all the ingredients in a bowl, pour in a mould, or muffin cups, and pop in freezer!
