Cricket Patty with Sardines

Ingredients
- Tallow
- Cricket Powder
- 1 Egg (or 2 depending on your preference)
- Sardines for the top
Directions
- Heat oven to 350 F
- Melt 40 g of Tallow and mix with 12g of Cricket Powder until smooth
- Mix in the Egg(s)
- Pour mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
- Bake for 20 minutes
- Allow to cool a bit for a few minutes
- Enjoy!
