Ingredients

  • Tallow
  • Cricket Powder
  • 1 Egg (or 2 depending on your preference)
  • Sardines for the top

Directions

  • Heat oven to 350 F
  • Melt 40 g of Tallow and mix with 12g of Cricket Powder until smooth
  • Mix in the Egg(s)
  • Pour mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
  • Bake for 20 minutes
  • Allow to cool a bit for a few minutes
  • Enjoy!
