Ingredients
Tallow
Cricket Powder
1 Egg (or 2 depending on your preference)
Sardines for the top
Directions
Heat oven to 350 F
Melt 40 g of Tallow and mix with 12g of Cricket Powder until smooth
Mix in the Egg(s)
Pour mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
