Cricket Fruitcake Power Bars

Ingredients
2c large flake oatmeal
1/2c oatmeal processed to flour
1/3 heaping cup of cricket flour
3/4c. chopped almonds or other nut
2/3c. or less chopped raisins
dash salt
4 eggs
1/4c. yogurt
1/2t. almond extract
3c. sour cherries with juice, crushed or other fruit
Directions
– combine dry ingredients together
– combine wet ingredients together
– mix wet and dry ingredient well
– press into oiled 9″x11″ pan
-bake @ 325 degrees for 28 mins
– cut into 12 bars when cooled
-approx 150 calories per bar depending on substitutions
