Cinnamon Cricket Waffles
Thank you to our customer Sara, for this delicious recipe for waffles, blended with cinnamon and cricket powder. Perfect as a main course for breakfast, or as an anytime snack or scrumptious dessert!
Ingredients
3 Tbsp Oat fiber (or oat flour or regular flour)
1 Tbsp (10 g) cricket powder
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. glucomannan powder
1/2 tsp. baking powder
Stevia or other sweetener to taste
1/3 cup egg whites
2 Tbsp water
1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
Dash vanilla
Directions
To make the Cinnamon Cricket Waffles, place all the ingredients into a bowl and mix into a smooth batter.
Pour into waffle maker and cook until done. I topped with sugar free maple syrup and whipped cream! This makes one full waffle!
