Ingredients
½ – 1 inch fresh ginger
½ cup kale or spinach
½ cup almond milk
½ cup water
1 tsp almond butter or other nut butter
1 small frozen banana
½ tsp each of cinnamon and nutmeg
1 tbsp Entomo Farms cricket powder
4-6 ice cubes
