1/3 cup butter or ghee (or coconut oil)
1/3 cup sunflower/peanut butter
1/3 cup coconut butter
2 Tablespoons cricket flour
sweetener of choice to taste (I used ground stevia)
This is the fun part! This fudge is so easy to make.
just warm all the ingredients in a bowl, pour in a mould, or muffin cups, and pop in freezer!
